Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Agytomo by companies and their authorized users during the private beta. By creating a workspace or accepting an invite, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organization you represent.
Service scope
Agytomo is a workspace for defining project specifications, generating operating plans, running AI agents, and reviewing execution evidence. During the private beta, features, limits and availability may change without prior notice.
Accounts and workspaces
Access is invite-only. Each workspace is controlled by the organization that activated the invite. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping login credentials confidential.
Bring-your-own model keys (BYOK)
When you connect a model provider using your own API key (BYOK), you remain solely responsible for that provider's terms, usage limits and costs. Agytomo stores only the metadata needed to route requests (provider, model, masked key) and never displays the raw key again after it is saved. Agytomo is not liable for costs, rate limits, outages or content generated by third-party model providers.
Beta availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis during the private beta, without uptime guarantees or a formal service level agreement. Features described as 'demo' do not reflect real provider usage or cost. Agytomo may suspend, change or discontinue beta features at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Agytomo to process data you are not authorized to process, to circumvent review gates intentionally, or to submit content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful to third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agytomo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the service during the beta. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or to zero during any free beta period.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time. Upon termination, workspace data may be retained for a limited period for legal, backup and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered address, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
